Contract Hire is a long-term rental agreement where you pay a fixed monthly fee for an agreed period which is typically two to five years. This option can include a fixed rental for the maintenance of the vehicle. At the end of the lease term, the vehicle is returned to us. Depending on the terms of the agreement, you may have the option to extend the lease, purchase the vehicle or lease a new vehicle.

We can customise the lease vehicle to your specifications and complete this work prior to vehicle delivery.

We can arrange a quote and installation of EV chargers to your home or business and include the cost in the monthly rental over the term of the contract.

The contract includes:

• Rental of the vehicle.
• Full servicing as per manufacturers intervals.
• Replacement vehicle for the full duration of the mechanical repairs.
• Road Tax and NCT / CVRT.
• Unlimited tyres outside of damage.
• Full management of the vehicle.
• Breakdown Assist in Ireland and across the United Kingdom.

At the end of the lease term, you return the vehicle to us. Depending on the terms of the agreement, you may have the option to extend the lease, purchase the vehicle or lease a new vehicle.

Exceeding the mileage limit specified in the lease agreement typically incurs additional charges, known as excess mileage charges. We would always work with you to avoid or minimise such costs.

Glass replacement is often covered under comprehensive insurance and if this is the case, please follow the instructions of your insurers to access this service. In the absence of insurance cover please contact our Service Centre to make the necessary arrangements.

Please ensure that you advise your company and your insurer. We will provide you with any appropriate authorisations you require. During the vehicle's warranty period, emergency service will be provided by the manufacturer. Following this period our AA Fleetcare policy will provide you with emergency service throughout Ireland and the UK. If you are travelling to mainland Europe you are advised to take out AA 5-star cover which is available from the AA at a concession price when you quote our membership number.
