Review safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with Irish legislation and best practices. Assess driver training programs, accident records, and the effectiveness of safety equipment installed in vehicles.

Ascertain what safety equipment your vehicles have – reverse sensors, beepers, reverse camera technology, vigilights, chevrons, beacons, etc. We can arrange a retrofit as appropriate.

Verify that all vehicles are properly registered, licensed, and insured according to Irish regulations. Ensure that drivers hold appropriate licences and certifications, and that vehicles meet emissions standards and other legal requirements.

Analyse the financial aspects of fleet management, including operating costs, depreciation, and financing arrangements. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve budgetary control.

Based on our findings, develop recommendations for enhancing the efficiency, safety, and compliance of your fleet operations. Prioritise actions based on their potential impact and feasibility.
